Shipping Information & Questions

How do I know if my order has shipped?

BenQ Store will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will also be emailed to you once the item is shipped.

How do I get my tracking number?

Which Carrier does BenQ Store use?

We use FedEx.  FedEx follow normal "business day" schedules. This means pickup and delivery only occur on weekdays and non-holidays.  There are NO Saturday, Sunday or holiday pickups made at our warehouse or delvieries made to you.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to United States nationwide only.

When will my backorder ship?

Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Normally, the product will become available within few weeks. You will receive an email as soon as the product ships. Keep in mind that you will not be charged until your order has been shipped. Although, if you use a debit card your bank may hold a reserve against the purchase. Please contact your debit card issuer for details.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to the fulfillment agency when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.

Can I change my shipping method?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping method after you submit your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to the fulfillment agency when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them.

Does my expedited shipping option (Overnight, 2nd Day Air, etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out the same day it is placed?

Unfortunately it may not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using Overnight might not arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped.

Orders with any shipping method but especially Overnight shipping that are placed before 11am PST will have the best chance to ship the same day. If you select Overnight on a Friday and it's before 11AM, please be advised that the best case scenario is that your package will not be delivered until next non-holiday business day usually Monday -  Fedex does not deliver on weekends or hollidays. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days which includes the day you order. For items that are not yet in stock at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be received, processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
